SOMMER ENGINEERING & AERATION – research and developement of advanced purification technology since 1999.

As an Engineering office and manufacturer of advanced fine bubble aeration systems for wastewater treatment SOMMER ENGINEERING & AERATION provides a wide range of high-quality aeration products, replacement membranes and adapters for many diffuser manufacturers to both corporate customers and end-users. Our high-quality EPDM, TPU, NBR and SILICONE tube diffuser membrane sleeves are made in Germany. The sleeve material is optimized for wastewater aeration in intermediate operation and proven over many years in hundreds of plants. The precise micro perforation ensures highest oxygen transfer and efficiency. SOMMER AERATION fine bubble tube and disc diffuser are available with EPDM, Silicone, NBR and TPU membranes. For existing installations we are also offering a wide branch of high-quality replacement membranes and other spare parts.

Our aim is to offer innovative and inexpensive solutions and products for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.

Since 2020 we are using our engineering and research capacities in Germany and China for the development and composition of high-quality respiratory masks. Since then we analyzed dozens of different meltblown cloths to ensure the optimal combination of filter efficiency and breathibility. Together with a partner company we will soon use our know-how for the production of FFP2 respiratory protection masks according DIN EN 149 in Germany.
